Looking for a full day of engaging activities? Our Day Program runs from 9 AM to 3 PM, where participants, along with their support workers, can enjoy a variety of exciting activities designed to enhance learning and personal development.
Our Activities Include
Literacy & Numeracy Classes
In our Literacy & Numeracy Classes, we focus on making literacy and numeracy engaging, whether you’re practising everyday skills, tackling puzzles, or celebrating those “I got it!” moments (cue the Hi Fives!).
Art Therapy
Get creative in our art therapy session, where painting, crafting, and sensory projects let you express yourself. Love games? Our social mix includes everything from board games to team challenges. It’s perfect for laughing and connecting with others.
Music Studio
Music lovers can explore rhythms in our relaxed jam sessions, while our tech zone offers a chance to build digital skills at your own pace. And because adventure matters, we organise trips and camping to create unforgettable memories together!
Tech Lab
Grow your digital skills in our supportive tech space, where learning feels like exploring – from first clicks to creative projects.
Film Making
Lights, camera, action! In our Film Making Workshops, we turn creativity into cinematic magic. Whether you’re scripting your first short film, acting in a scene, or learning editing tricks (cue the director’s call of “Cut!”), every session is about bringing stories to life.
Yoga Classes
Find your flow in our Yoga Classes, where every pose meets you exactly where you’re at. From gentle chair yoga to mat-based sequences, we focus on building strength, calm, and confidence. Love feeling energised? Our sessions blend movement, laughter, and relaxation to leave you glowing.
